- Can I travel more than 100 miles away from Houston? EVEN TEMPORARILY
NO, Sorry, our cars have a starter disable device that will activate as soon as you drive away from our local area
- I don't have a driver's license
- Can I come to your location to rent a vehicle without reservation?
You are very welcome to come to our location to check the cars and to confirm we are a legit business, but since we are a small family owned company, we don't have many cars to choose from and most of the time are rented or unavailable for maintenance. Is for this reason, we advise customers not to come without a confirmed reservation, since we don't want our customers to waste their time and money if we don't have a vehicle available.
- I don't have a credit card so how can I pay for the rental?
If you don't have a credit card or debit card don't worry, we take cash and Zelle payments for the deposit and the rental
- Do I have to pay a deposit?
Yes. There is a $289.00 deposit refundable when you return the vehicle in the same conditions. If you smoke tobacco, invite mary & juana or any other substance, or if you live in an apartment complex (they usually tow no permit cars), or are under 25, the deposit will be up to $450.00. We have smoking allowed cars with no penalty and no extra deposit for only $10.00 per day.
- How about Insurance?
You can use your own insurance or our insurance that covers our car but NOT covers liability. Ask us if you are interested in purchasing liability insurance, we can help with a quote. Please check the price list under each vehicle.
